About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Order Lifecycle domain of our marketplace. Your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end flow of orders from order placement to delivery completion, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for customers and sellers. This includes ownership of the order state machine, buyer order history, customer emails, communication flows with sellers and seller account health.

This includes ownership of the order state machine, buyer order history, customer emails, communication flows with sellers and seller account health.
You've got
- Practical experience as a Product Manager for an agile development team (5+ years of experience) ideally in a marketplace domain.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills — able to define meaningful metrics and use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Ability to define a product vision, strategic roadmap, and aligning them with both business objectives and customer expectations.
- Knowledge about marketplace operations and logistics service providers is a definite plus.
- Must have European work Visa.
What to expect
- 3 months: Onboard to core processes, team routines and ongoing initiatives.
- 6 months: Take ownership of Seller Account Health initiative, identify gaps in the current scoring modal, and propose a roadmap to evolve the scoring model.
- 12 months: Successfully execute the roadmap with measurable improvements and become a go-to expert for the Order Lifecycle domain.
