We are currently looking for a talented Retail Controlling Trainee to join our finance Team.
Role & responsibilities:
Analyze the productivity of the tailoring team and flag any workload alerts.
Assist in reviewing the performance of promotional campaigns and their impact on sales.
Help prepare discount reports and analyze store performance.
Provide assitance in the weekly review of the retail KPIs.
Support in reviewing store P&L statements and preparing monthly sales targets for the retail team.
Requirements:
Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of accounting or financial reporting.
High level of English.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Availability to start in mid-September.
