Who are we looking for?
We’re on the lookout for a talented Sales Development Representative who is ready to take the lead in driving interest and generating opportunities for our full end-to-end business transformation solution.
You’ll need to be driven and proactive, and always on the lookout for new opportunities. You’ll be chasing down leads – both inbound and outbound to create an exciting pipeline for our sales team to pursue. No two days will be the same, so expect plenty of autonomy and the chance to learn, grow, and make an impact alongside a passionate and supportive team.
You’ll play a pivotal role within our excellent sales team, who are responsible for expanding our product and services, from securing renewals to engaging and building relationships with new customers. You’ll be at the heart of building the pipeline and turning new connections into lasting relationships.
What will you be doing?
- Generate and boost the number of sales opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.
- Research, qualify, and pursue high-quality leads and new opportunities across a variety of platforms.
- Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and continuously enhancing your product knowledge.
- Educating customers on our products and services, thinking on your feet, and building strong relationships.
- Supporting the team by keeping prospects informed about marketing activities such as new go-to-market campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Improve soft skills and technical knowledge through innovation, project management, and sales training.
- Managing internal records of the pipeline within our CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring data is accurate and KPI reporting is spot on.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to drive customer satisfaction and close deals.
- Monthly reporting of KPIs.
- Actively promote our brand to help build and grow our market presence.
What do you need?
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (C2 level or native speaker).
- Degree educated (preferably in Business/Communications/Marketing).
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
- Results-driven and customer-centric mindset.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn.
- Confident and outgoing, with a positive and professional approach.
- Good time management, with the ability to plan and prioritize your workload.
- Located within the Madrid area, with the right to work in the EU.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a small start-up environment
- Fluency in additional languages (preferably in German)
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
- Experience in SaaS sales or related roles.
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools, such as ZoomInfo, Apollo Sales Navigator & LinkedIn
