We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and creative support to the Sales team by translating and adapting materials, laying out documents, preparing corporate presentations, and coordinating events, to ensure brand consistency and maximize commercial impact.
🖥️ Responsibilities:
- Content Translation & Adaptation
- Translate sales documents, brochures, white papers, and case studies between Spanish and English (and other languages as needed).
- Ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy, adapting tone and style to the target audience.
- Format and lay out documents in Word, InDesign, or PowerPoint for sales presentations and proposals.
- Ensure branding consistency: typography, color palette, logo usage, and corporate style guidelines.
- Create and update corporate PowerPoint templates.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Design to incorporate infographics, charts, and relevant data.
- Rehearse and proof presentations ahead of client meetings or webinars.
- Assist in planning in-person and virtual events: seminars, trade shows, roadshows, and client days.
- Support logistical management: venue bookings, catering, promotional materials, and AV equipment.
- Keep the resource library up to date: images, videos, templates, and reference documents.
- Ensure proper version control and accessibility for the Sales team.
📌 Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Translation, Advertising, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, Excel. Advanced computer skills, including word processing software, spreadsheets, Internet browsing, and email.
- Native-level Spanish, and fluent English.
