The Commercial Planning & Admission team plays a key role in driving strategic growth for the SIX and ASP3N areas. This position is focused on enhancing client management efficiency, optimizing commercial systematics and fostering alignment between coverage and product teams
About the job:
As member of the team, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading or coordinating strategic initiatives within SIX / ASP3N or as part of cross-functional projects involving key departments across the bank.
Providing analytical and strategic support to Industry and Sector Heads and their respective teams.
Preparing senior management presentations and performance reports.
Defining and coordinating action plans aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Developing and promoting best practices and collaborative working methodologies.
This role offers exposure to transversal projects and direct interaction with senior management and key business areas.

What are we looking for?
Academic Background:
Engineering, Science, Economics or Business Administration Degrees.
MSc in Economics/Finance, MBA or CFA (Candidate or Charterholder) is preferred but not required.
Languages:
English C1 level.
Fluent in Spanish.
Skills:
Good Communicator and teamworker.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and non-monotonous environment. Able to face tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented and focused on delivering results.
Extensive experience (4+ years) in Corporate & Investment Banking, ideally in strategy, business development or risk roles.
Experience in support areas or managing clients (BEI or CIB) will be valued.
Other Knowledges:
High level of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
High level of Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
Knowledge of external tools such as Bloomberg, Dealogic, … and experience with internal platforms such as Englob@, Ariadna, Salesforce Valued.
