Description Overview

Are you naturally curious by nature, proactive and passionate about Women’s Health? We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with experience operating in a European consumer health market, to join our expanding team. Women's Health is one of our key strategic global categories with many exciting changes and opportunities ahead!

Scope of the Role

  • In this role, you will be the brand lead for sustaining & managing brands within the Women’s Health category.
  • A key part of your role will be to drive performance through intelligent and efficient resource management, ensuring maximum impact with optimized investment.
  • You will be expected to think strategically and act resourcefully - identifying smart, efficient ways to activate the brands, protect their equity, and manage their performance.
  • You will anticipate consumer trends, competition & new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap, actively collaborating with top tier countries across Europe.
  • This position will also support the Global Category Leads on specific projects, such as the execution of activation toolkits, ensuring they are based on the right consumer insights and touchpoints.
  • You will report, track, learn & suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing actions.
  • Managing P&L of assigned brands including A&P management and optimisation is a key part of this role along with helping with budget management and tracking process.

Experience Required

  • Ideally we’d like an experienced marketer (5 years +) preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
  • Experience analysing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI,…) & financials (P&L ownership)
  • You thrive on making a difference with sometimes limited resources and enjoy the challenge of finding creative, data-driven solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • You bring natural leadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence.
  • Stakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, executive and local teams are key to success in this role.
  • You bring a proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management and 4Ps excellence.
  • A strong drive for results, can do attitude and performance tracking, with strong analytical skills and ability to build KPIs.
  • You are comfortable working independently under pressure and capable of delivering on-time within the scope in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in written and oral English.
  • Moderate travel: 20-30% may be required as business needs dictate.
