ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst, Billing Systems to support our Revenue teams. This role will focus on improving and optimizing our existing billing, invoicing, and collections processes, specifically as they integrate between NetSuite, Salesforce and other internal CRMs for our international operations (including but not limited to the US, Spain, Brazil, and France).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze current billing, invoicing, and collections processes, identifying inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements from Revenue and identify main stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions that streamline billing workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing of new functionalities and system changes to ensure accuracy and meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for billing system issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new processes and system functionalities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing, invoicing, and collections, reporting on progress and identifying areas for further optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in billing systems and financial operations.

SUCCESSFUL SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST, BILLING SYSTEMS CANDIDATES HAVE:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on billing, invoicing, or financial systems.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a billing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce platforms, particularly their integration capabilities for financial processes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable system requirements.
• Strong understanding of international billing and collections practices, including compliance requirements for various regions (e.g., US, Spain, Italy, UK, Brazil, France).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
