Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in related roles (Senior-level).
Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL.
Experience with ETL/orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
Hands-on experience integrating machine learning models into data pipelines and working with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong data visualization skills with Power BI.
Advanced English (C1) and Spanish (native).
Based in Madrid (hybrid role).
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures to support a variety of business projects.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to integrate, deploy, and operationalize machine learning and AI models within data workflows.
Develop and maintain effective dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all data processes.
Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional and international teams on data engineering challenges.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data practices and the adoption of new technologies within the team.
