Duties & Role:
Design, implement, and maintain the backend systems that power AI-driven conversational interfaces.- Develop solutions for both end-customer facing applications and internal business challenges.
- Design and develop backend for natural language understanding, dialogue management, and response generation.
- Implement and optimize AI algorithms for efficiency and scalability.
- Integrate ML models into our conversational platform.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of conversational AI systems, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies, applying new techniques and best practices to our systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to high-quality coding standards.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
APIS, AWS, AZURE, FastAPI, IA, LLMs, ML technologies.- Prior experience in developing chatbots or voice assistants using generative AI.
- Proven experience in machine learning, specifically in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks Llamaindex, LangChain, FastAPI.
Mandatory Experience and Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.- English.
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
