What You'll Bring to the Team::
- Extensive QA Experience: Proven expertise in quality assurance processes, ready to hit the ground running.
- Automation Powerhouse: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Playwright and other automation tools, designing and implementing automated test suites.
- CI/CD Champion: Proficient in CI/CD methodology and tools, embedding quality throughout the pipeline.
- API Testing Prowess: Proven experience in API testing and test automation.
- Data Savvy: Proficient in SQL for robust data validation.
- Sharp Mind & Soft Skills: An advanced level of English, coupled with strong soft skills for effective collaboration and leadership.
- Foundational Knowledge: A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strategic QA Leadership: Develop and implement cutting-edge QA strategies that set the bar for excellence.
- Automation Mastery: Own and manage our automation framework, developing and executing robust automated test scripts (including maintaining legacy code).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead testing activities across diverse teams, refining tasks, flows, and defining tests for upcoming features alongside Product and Team Leads.
- Innovation & Process Enhancement: Propose and champion new tools and processes to continuously boost team effectiveness and improve QA processes company-wide.
- Data Integrity Guardian: Oversee critical data and data migration testing, ensuring seamless transitions and accuracy.
- Mentorship & Growth: Guide and inspire junior QA engineers, fostering their development and contributing to our collective success.
- Risk Mitigation: Autonomously identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, guiding 1-2 additional QA engineers through complex problem-solving
