Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Salesforce Engineer to drive the implementation and evolution of our global Salesforce platform, work with stakeholders to understand how to best address their needs and help build and manage a best-in-class CRM solution to meet Cint’s business objectives.
You’ll be an experienced Salesforce Engineer who thrives within a dynamic fast-paced environment, where you can apply your skills and provide technical leadership to others.
Reporting to the Technical Architect, you’ll be responsible for helping maintain the end-to-end development, implementation and evolution of multiple salesforce implementations and ancillary business systems. You will work closely multiple teams and stakeholders to articulate business problems and translate them into appropriate
What You Will Do
Deputises for Salesforce Architect, supports with code reviews and attends requirements gathering
Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
Design (configure, customize, and implement) Salesforce system to meet business requirements in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud space
Provide technical expertise and support for software products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
Engage in reviews and debugs code written by others and propose improvements
Work closely with product team to analyze ways of achieving the end goal, identifying areas for improvement across the product solution set, and then moving forward to integrate these solutions
Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firm wide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle
Support internal users with a wide range of SFDC engineering and admin tasks.
Adds to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Qualifications
Qualifications
MIN - 5 years of experience as a SFDC developer/engineer.
Expert in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript
Expertise in declarative automation, system customization, and working with AppExchange packages
Expert knowledge of integration patterns and techniques on the Salesforce platform
Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, and CSS
Experience in applying architecture design concepts and object-oriented principles in project
Skilled in refactoring and modernizing legacy configurations and code
Competence in implementing and working with DevOps solutions
Bonus Points If You Have
Understanding or have worked within complex software development environments
Previously being part of a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) project to move or deprecate things from one Salesforce instance to another
Worked with NetSuite/Finance processes
Worked with Databricks
