Shop Assistant (School Uniform Store)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our school store team for a temporary period of two weeks. The successful candidate will assist with customer service, sales, and the organization of school uniform items and other products available in the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting parents, students, and staff with inquiries and purchases.
- Manage and organize stock, ensuring items are well presented and replenished when necessary.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Offer product advice and guidance to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the store.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work for a 3-week temporary period.
