Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
2–3 years of experience in IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification), ideally in the space or aerospace industry.
Solid knowledge of electronic systems and their validation (HW, SW, FW).
Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation: multimeters, signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, etc.
Familiarity with Python or MATLAB for data processing and test automation.
Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and system architecture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.
High level of English (spoken and written).
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Participate in the integration and validation of a space unit (timing equipment) including hardware, software, and firmware.
Prepare test procedures and traceability matrices aligned with system requirements.
Collaborate with the Test Bench team to debug and optimize test sequences.
Execute validation activities in cleanroom/laboratory environments.
Integrate and validate new HW/SW/FW releases.
Post-process test results and generate technical reports for the client.
Work closely with engineering teams to understand the Unit Under Test (UUT) and contribute to its improvement.
Participate in project meetings and support validation milestones.
