Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Capacity Managers play a critical role in ensuring our logistics network operates efficiently across all European countries. In this strategic position, you will specifically focus on managing the DSP Share Allocation Model (SAM), a key mechanism that objectively determines volume distribution across our DSP network based on performance metrics.
This highly visible role requires regular interaction with senior leaders and stakeholders across Amazon operations, leading business reviews and managing relationships across planning, finance, DSP operations, and country teams.
Position can be based out of Madrid, London, or Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements in a complex business environment.

You'll lead and support strategic discussions with senior leaders, drive alignment across various teams, and innovate capacity strategies through quantitative analysis, business judgment and tool enhancements. Successful candidates will act as business owners, collaborating with stakeholders, driving results, and adapting swiftly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
About the team
The EU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is responsible for managing and growing the network of professional contract organizations that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service. Our partners work out of delivery stations across EU and are assigned delivery routes and packages. The DSP Capacity Planning team is central to achieving the program objectives of DSP Last Mile Delivery. This team charts the strategy and plan to build DSP capacity across the delivery network.

Key job responsibilities
Share Allocation Model Leadership
- Execute Performance Share Allocation runs (at least) three times per year
- Manage implementation of performance metrics and model guardrails
- Drive reduction in share allocation exceptions across EU
- Standardize reporting and processes across regions
- Develop scalable solutions using Amazon's internal tools
- Drive automation of manual processes
- Monitor DSP performance metrics
- Support capacity planning for high-volume events
- Lead review meetings with key stakeholders
- Act as single source of truth for share allocation decisions
- Drive alignment across multiple operations functions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership Relevant experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Relevant experience in product management, program management, or vendor management, and/or supplier management
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in business management, engineering, or supply chain and logistics
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution (ideally last mile)
- Proficiency with data analysis and management tools such as SQL, Python and Quicksight (Tableau or PowerBI)
