How will it be to work with us?
- Be the main leader for all Ground operations at Asturias Airport, ensuring every Volotea flight runs safely, smoothly, and on time.
- Lead and inspire the station team, supported by a Duty Manager (focused on landside and dispatch) and a Ramp Manager (focused on airside operations).
- Drive operational efficiency and strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of the station’s Ground operations budget, ensuring ambitious targets are met without compromising quality.
- Represent Volotea in all matters with the Airport Authority, acting as our trusted voice on the ground.
- Source, engage, and manage key suppliers to ensure all aspects of ground operations are covered and aligned with our standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service levels while keeping costs under control.
- Make sure that every operational task is executed smoothly, contributing to an efficient, safe, and reliable airport station.

What will make you succeed in this position:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within airport or airline operations.
- A pre-university or university-level education.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A strong team player and communicator who motivates others and keeps collaboration flowing.
