Strada Assist Implementation Consultant

This role will be responsible for processing, analyzing, researching, validating, and delivering projects related to the implementation of new clients into the Strada Assist ticketing tool. The projects must meet the deadlines dictated by the Project Managers. It also includes the support and implementation processes needed for the modules of Strada Portal and Strada Core. As the Strada Platform keeps growing and evolving, more responsibilities can apply to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Projects: Implementation of new Customers in the Strada Assist ticketing tool, the Strada employee Portal and the Strada Core functionalities:
  • Configuration of a customer following the standard questionnaire template.
  • Unit testing of the solution/changes and ensures the testing is documented.
  • Makes analysis of ticket request / problem description and proposes solution.
  • Delivers the implementation in the defined time frame / priority.
  • Any new responsibilities in line with the team’s expanding scope.

• Maintenance of the implementation Tools: Ensures the Implementation Tool is at optimal state to deliver excellence in the implementation projects.
  • Scheduled checks to ensure the compatibility of the tool with the recurring updates.
  • Update and maintain the different contract's values as they evolve to cover our client necessities.
  • Any new responsibilities in line with the team’s expanding scope.

• Getting Involved with the Strada Platform: Take on new and evolving responsibilities that contribute to the growth of the Strada Platform and enhance client outcomes.

Business-Related Skills

• Infrastructure Administration: Strong skills in integrating networking, systems, and monitoring solutions, along with general IT maintenance skills.
• Technical Support: Proven ability to support software and application technical problems.
• Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Windows.
  • SQL essentials.
  • HTML/XML essentials.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quality and Deadlines: High accuracy in terms of quality and adherence to deadlines.
