The Strategic Risk Service (SRS) Manager at Accertify is dedicated to developing a comprehensive understanding of their clients’ business models and industries and leveraging this understanding to provide solutions that drive client success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with an enterprise client through consistent interactions regarding their business model, industry, marketplace, and the fraud challenges they face
- Provide strategic guidance to an enterprise client, leading the implementation and maintenance of their strategy across their Fraud Management and Account Protection integrations
- Provide proactive consultation to improve client satisfaction and increase trust in Accertify’s solutions
- Partner closely with Client Success Managers to deliver insightful client performance reviews, including strategic fraud performance, KPIs, key recommendations, and product/strategy updates
- Drives timely resolution of technical concerns/questions, serving as the client’s advocate internally, and acting as level one support
- Design and deploy comprehensive fraud prevention strategies, rules, and policies, and identify fraud control improvement opportunities
- Analyze and identify emerging fraud trends/technologies and adapt to new approaches and features as needed
- Acting as a feature adoption expert, ensuring the client is fully leveraging the products/capabilities that they have available
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of Interceptas system experience
- 2+ years of fraud risk strategy development and execution
- Passion for delivering a second-to-none client experience
- Ability to operate independently and produce results in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to establish and deepen relationships with clients
- Curiosity and the problem-solving skills to adapt quickly to the latest fraud trends
- Expert-level Interceptas knowledge, and the ability to independently implement fraud strategies
- High degree of comfort with being the strategic owner for an enterprise client’s fraud strategy
- Ability to interface with senior leaders internally and externally, and clearly provide updates and recommendations on fraud strategy
- This role will be located in our Accertify Madrid office. Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (4 days in-office per week)
