The Opportunity
Position: Strategy Analytics Director
Location: Barcelona
What you'll get to do
- Empower the Strategic Planning and the Consumer & Market Intelligence teams to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership for effective decision-making.
- Ensure the availability of accurate and real-time Market Panel Sell Out data, being responsible for the data architecture, processes and automation that deliver a single source of truth for Value Market Share (VMS) across the organization.
- Develop and manage a market intelligence platform with dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.
- Assist the Strategic Planning process by integrating market/ business data and creating tools and dashboards to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives based on the plan.
- Develop and manage a Consumer Insights platform with dashboards, reports & tools.
- Serve as the SP & C&MI data platform owner and collaborate with the Global Data Analytics Hub and other domains to implement the right data architecture, ensuring a “single source of truth.”
- Support the Company’s Top Management in their Data & Analytics needs, developing dashboards and working on their adoption of analytical tools.
- Create an Analytics Community around Consumer Research & Market Intelligence Data and foster their engagement.

- You have led data and analytics transformation projects in FMCG multinational companies.
- You have delivered data-driven insights across market intelligence, retail, e-commerce, financial functions, supply chain, and consumer Insights.
- You have hands-on knowledge of leading data analytics and visualization tools.
- You have designed and rolled out dashboards for data visualization and decision-making.
Education:
University graduate with a degree in a quantitative field (Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
A master’s degree in data analytics or an MBA will be valued.
Languages:
Proficient in Spanish and English
French will be valued
