Role
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading end-to-end project implementations using the SAP Activate methodology and be involved in pre-sales and project management activities. You will guide clients through successful system deployment and optimization, providing strategic leadership and functional expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking project implementations, including Time Sheet and Time Off modules.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology to manage project phases and deliverables effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to define business processes and align them with system capabilities.
- Support pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering and solution presentations.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Oversee system configurations, testing, and issue resolution.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to enable client teams and end-users.
- Document project progress, change requests, and enhancement opportunities.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking.
- Proven track record as a Lead Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project management principles.
- Involvement in pre-sales activities is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, or related modules are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within virtual, cross-functional teams.
