We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a temporary basis (Contract) and support the recruitment drive for one new project, a major new initiative requiring the rapid onboarding of 30–40 temporary employees.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a high impact hiring program that will significantly scale our operations. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working internationally, and can deliver results under tight timelines.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define sourcing strategies tailored to market and role requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Drive recruitment with a focus on employer brand, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Leverage recruitment tools and channels to engage both passive and active candidates, bringing creative and out-of-the-box solutions.
- Contribute to talent acquisition process improvement and branding initiatives, helping define next-generation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition, ideally within international organizations.
- Strong background hiring for technical roles such as Machine Learning, LLM, AI, Software Engineering, MLOps, and DevOps.
- Proven track record in hiring temporary machine Learning, software staff and contractors, with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight timelines.
- Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably TeamTailor, to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
- Proven expertise in sourcing methods, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency with social media recruiting (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) and leveraging multiple channels for brand awareness.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative approach to sourcing and ability to continually explore new channels.
- Experience using AI-driven hiring tools (e.g., ChatGPT, hireEZ, NovaAI, Juicebox).
