The role
We are actively looking for team leads in our new site near Madrid where you will be managing a team on the shop floor. You will oversee the business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving issues that occur on the shift. You will also deal with stock inventory and co-ordinate the employee responsibilities to improve efficiency.
This is a shift based role that will cover one of two shifts and you will be one of two team leads in each shift that will be managing the day to day workload of the team members. You will have overall responsibility for health and safety in your section, monitoring work processes, making sure that customer requirements are being met as well as providing support for the senior management team at the site.
So, who are we looking for?
Key skills and experience include:
- Experience of working and managing a team in a warehouse
- FLT experience
- Training courses completed in team leading, training and health and safety
- Fluent in Spanish
