What you’ll do:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met
Provide coaching, training, and development to support team growth
Manage inbound leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Deliver strong personal sales performance while setting an example
Identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
Foster innovation, efficiency, and a positive team culture
What you’ll need:
Native/Fluent Italian (C1) + strong English (B2)
Proven track record in inside sales within fast-paced environments
Previous experience in leading and coaching teams
Ability to analyze KPIs, monitor performance, and drive results
Resilient, motivated, and driven to achieve both team and individual goals
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and engaging prospects effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
