YOUR MISSION
Do you have a passion for solving technical challenges and working with cutting-edge technologies? Join our Q-Commerce team as a Technical Account Specialist! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our teams, helping them with integrations and troubleshooting.
THE JOURNEY
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to enable and improve integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues using Jira tickets.
- Serve as the main technical contact for our Partners, ensuring the stability of our collaborations and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Communicate directly with retailers to address issues and inform them about catalog and operations decisions.
- Conduct proactive checks to guarantee the stability of integrations.
- Identify and resolve integration issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with internet technologies — HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth — and tools like Postman and Swagger for testing and validation.
- Solid technical foundations with Python for scripting and data transformation, plus proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets for analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve integration, catalog, and pricing issues quickly and accurately.
- A passion for seeing projects through — from first technical contact with a partner to a smooth go-live and ongoing optimization.
- An empathetic, collaborative mindset with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- A hands-on, proactive approach — you’re ready to dig into logs, replicate issues, and find solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills, with bonus points for Spanish or French.
