About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager to drive revenue operations and automation initiatives within our dynamic Marketing team. This team sits at the nexus of CRM, Pricing & Promotions, and Revenue Ops, collaborating closely with engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders. This is a high-impact, highly visible position for a tech-savvy professional excited to shape operational excellence with AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product definition and planning for internal tools and platforms supporting revenue operations, CRM strategies, and marketing channel performance.
- Act as the main point of coordination between commercial and technical stakeholders, ensuring communication flows efficiently across teams and tools.
- Identify, champion, and deliver workflow automation and process improvements with a measurable impact on efficiency and revenue.
- Translate business goals into actionable technical requirements, fostering alignment and timely delivery from concept to execution.
- Maintain and evolve product backlogs, prioritize roadmaps, and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with other cross-functional leaders to ensure best-in-class, bookable local experiences for customers.
About You:
- 5+ years experience in technical product management, revenue operations, or business systems strategy in a SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketplace setting.
- Proven track record of bridging business and technical teams, ideally with hands-on experience in process automation and integration (Zapier, APIs, workflow tools).
- Hands-on experience using AI-based tools or agents (such as ChatGPT); curiosity and drive to leverage AI for operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of agile product management, technical system integration, and platform thinking.
- Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in both technical and business contexts.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and marketing tech stacks is highly valued.
- Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with remote-first collaboration and occasional in-person meetings.
