Join us as a Technical Services Engineer & Trainer, where you'll deliver expert support and training on cutting-edge fire suppression systems (Gaseous & Watermist). You'll work closely with sales teams and global functions to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards.

How you will do
- The person selected will be the subject matter expert that provides specifications, technical support and training for all Engineered Systems product lines (Gaseous Suppression & Watermist Systems) upon request from Sales and Inside Sales teams or in close cooperation with the local sales teams to distributors and customers
- Provide design services and engineering of typical system solutions. You will be responsible for support and advice regarding the correct use and application of JCI products or solutions in accordance with the relevant design standards
- Collaborate closely with the sales teams across different territories within EMEA, and global functional teams such as Product Management, Marketing, Product Sales Director and aligned with the global Technical Services groups
- Provide advice and support projects by applying Johnson Controls solutions according to international codes & standards (such as EN, ISO, NFPA)
- Support development and application of design and calculation software
- Support new product developments
- Project team member for large projects
- Participate in delivering virtual and live training
What we are look for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar background through education or experience
Knowledge and experience with designing and engineering within fire protection technology and industry; preferably with gaseous suppression systems
Creation and understanding of piping layouts, understanding of hydraulic flow calculations
Working experience with the relevant industry standards (EN, ISO, NFPA)
Strong MS Office skills, further experiences (SAP, Salesforce, AutoCAD) would be a plus
Proficient verbal and written command of English
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CAD software
