What you will do
- Develop, calibrate and validate control systems for future ICE and hybrid powertrains
- Calibrate software strategies for engine and battery management in vehicle integration
- Propose engine settings to meet client specifications
- Conduct tests and analyze data for engine calibration on prototype vehicles
- Instrument vehicles for testing and participate in tuning missions under extreme conditions (cold, heat, altitude)
- Present technical reports and results in project meetings
- Collaborate closely with the Powertrain Development Team and assigned projects
What we’re looking for
• A proven track record in engine calibration and software strategy development
• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent skills in data analysis and vehicle instrumentation
• Strong competencies in autonomy and technical curiosity, with a collaborative approach
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be valued
