Job Summary
At PAJ GPS, we’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRO Analyst to help us optimize the digital customer journey across our eCommerce websites built on WordPress and WooCommerce. You will play a key role in identifying and addressing friction points, enhancing conversion paths, and improving overall website performance based on behavioral data and usability insights.
The Job
- Analyze user behavior across our WordPress and WooCommerce websites using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms.
- Identify friction points and improvement opportunities across key customer journeys.
- Perform QA and usability testing across devices and browsers.
- Use heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data to support insights and hypotheses.
- Recommend data-driven changes to CTAs, forms, navigation, and layout.
- Run and analyze A/B or multivariate tests to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to enhance page design, user flows, and conversion points.
- Create and maintain dashboards/reports to track CRO and testing performance.
- Stay up to date on CRO trends, tools, and best practices.
The Individual:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, QA, or UX analysis.
- Proficiency in web tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar (e.g., Crazy Egg, Smartlook).
- Experience working with heatmaps, session recordings, or funnel analysis.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking setup.
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing to improve user experience and conversions.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact user behavior and conversion.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience using WordPress, including content updates and plugin usage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
