Position: Accountant (Full-time, Hybrid)
Location: Valencia, Spain
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Permanent (fixed-term with 2-month probation)
Salary: €24,000 gross/year + variable bonus (individual & company performance)

Univanta Global SL is an international brand owner in the wellness industry, rapidly scaling its operations across Europe and beyond. As our sole in-house finance professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in building robust accounting systems and helping steer our financial growth.

What You’ll Do

• Full-cycle accounting: journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations

• Financial reporting & analysis: prepare management reports; develop forecasting models and cash-flow projections

• Operational support: set up and refine processes for A/R, A/P and month-end routines

• System design: collaborate with CEO and external consultants to implement scalable accounting workflows in A3 ERP

• Continuous improvement: propose and roll out new tools, automations or dashboards to enhance visibility and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Education & qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar

  • Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, ICAEW or Spanish equivalent)

• Experience:

  • • 2 years in corporate accounting roles (start-ups or SMEs preferred; NO nonprofit/association-only backgrounds)

• Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in A3 ERP (standard in Spain)

  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA not required)

• Language:

  • Spanish – professional fluency

  • English – minimum B2 (written reporting in English is required)

  • Any additional languages = plus

• Personal attributes:

  • Highly ambitious, proactive and quick to learn

  • Strong attention to detail with a “big-picture” mindset

  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a remote-friendly team
