We are looking for a Billing and Accounts Receivable Assistant with previous experience to join our finance team and work on day-to-day operations including accounting and administrative activities.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of basic accounting principles with excellent attention to detail, as well as being an enthusiastic, team player.
At OneCoWork, your responsibilities include ️ :
- Issue electronic invoices and credit notes
- Record and monitor incoming payments.
- Perform account reconciliations
- Maintain up-to-date records and financial reports.
- Daily, weekly and monthly billing supervision
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks
- Bank reconciliations
- Follow up with clients on overdue balances
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing information.
- Assisting in other administrative tasks
- University Graduate or Higher Certificate in accounting, finance or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Great attention to detail & strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of general accounting and financial practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- A fast thinker with a dynamic mindset

- Advanced level of Outlook, Excel & Word
