The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.
With a community and marketing-driven approach, they ensure our features are the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region
Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our customer base at breakneck speed.
We’re looking for a Revolut Business Brand Marketing Manager to grow and measure awareness and consideration of Revolut Business globally.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering on Revolut Business’ brand strategy to increase both Revolut Business brand awareness and consideration among different business audience segments
- Serving as the operational connective force across marketing/growth, product, sales, and in-market teams, managing stakeholders and translating strategy into action and ensuring every key market activation is cohesive, impactful, and on-brand.
- Working with world-class in-house team and creative agencies to deliver ATL campaigns to drive brand awareness
- Setting a consistently high bar for content quality of all marketing assets and events and evaluating their performance across brand and performance metrics
- Driving accurate campaign performance analysis leveraging incrementality and established MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), reporting on campaign performance, and continuously optimising future campaigns based on performance metrics
- Consulting local marketing and partnerships on brand execution in their markets
- Briefing and collaborating with the in-house creative team to develop on-brand assets for campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
What you'll need
- Track record as a successful global or regional B2B brand campaign manager and project manager
- Experience supporting, orchestrating, and measuring large-scale ATL campaigns and in-market brand activations
- Creativity to develop innovative campaign ideas and select the right brand ambassadors
- Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success, including using MMMs (Marketing Mix Modeling)
- Performance marketing mindset to drive user acquisition as well as improvements in brand metrics
- Excellent relationship and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and partners
