What do we expect from you in this role?
As a Business Development Manager for the UK, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and consolidating business opportunities that drive Envia.com’s expansion in the UK and European markets. You will prospect new clients, establish strategic relationships, and close commercial agreements to strengthen our presence in the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or international expansion.
- Knowledge of the logistics, technology, and/or e-commerce market in the UK and Europe.
- Proven track record in prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracts with corporate clients.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and achieve commercial objectives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
- Availability to travel within the UK and Europe for meetings and events.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze the UK market to identify business opportunities and relevant trends.
- Prospect and contact potential clients in the logistics, e-commerce, and retail sectors.
- Present and strategically position Envia.com’s technology and logistics solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements with parcel carriers to ensure competitive rates for clients.
- Design commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technology, marketing, and customer service) to ensure the successful implementation of won projects.
- Attend trade shows, events, and industry conferences to network and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare progress reports, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.
