Communicate process updates and provide status to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
Manage assessments according to position requirements and schedule interviews or panel sessions.
Assess candidates, prepare, and extend offer letters.
Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends.
Improve delivery, quality, diversity, and cost targets for recruiting processes.
