About the Role
Are you a student passionate about logistics, supply chain, or data-driven operations? Join our Cold Chain Logistics team and gain hands-on experience in improving processes, managing data, and supporting global logistics operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic, international environment.
What You’ll Do
Trackwise Records Management
- Organize and clean historical records of logistics deviations
- Support tracking and resolution of new deviations
Master Data Management
- Help ensure consistency in master data tables
- Contribute to data standardization best practices
SharePoint & Tools Optimization
- Update and improve internal logistics tools and SharePoint pages
- Suggest enhancements to streamline processes
Documentation & Back Office Support
- Clean and organize logistics documentation
- Assist with back-office tasks to support daily operations
Operational Baseline Development
- Help define logistics deviation baselines and improvement plans for the upcoming year
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Logistics, Supply Chain, Sciences, or a related field
- MBA students with relevant experience are also welcome
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Trackwise is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in teams
