We are seeking a Compliance Iberia Manager to join our team and provide expert legal
guidance to support our organisation's operations and strategic objectives.
The Compliance Iberia Manager position at InPost is a key role reporting to the Head of Legal
& Compliance Iberia, based in Barcelona, offering a hybrid work model.
This role focuses on ensuring InPost's operations in Spain and Portugal comply with all legal
and internal policy requirements. This includes fostering a compliance culture, managing
risks, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies, and supporting the Data
Protection Officer (DPO) for Iberia.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Oversight and Implementation: Manage the Ethics and Compliance program,
law, and other relevant regulations, e.g. in the logistics sector. Implement program
components, empowering business leadership and managing risks effectively.
- Compliance Culture: Promote a proactive compliance culture throughout the
- Risk Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of the risk

- Collaboration: Work with various departments to integrate compliance policies
- Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about legal and regulatory developments
- Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and senior
- Incident Investigation: Investigate potential compliance violations, document
- Training: Deliver compliance training programs to foster awareness and
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities.
- Data Protection Support: Assist the DPO with tasks such as maintaining the
responding to privacy requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the compliance
- Operational Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of business operations and use
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement changes to increase
Well, what will the requirements be?
- Experience with compliance management systems and audit tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Any other languages are valued.
- Minimum 6-7 years in a compliance advisory role.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in logistics or international trade
- Risk assessment and audit skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and risk awareness.
