What you’ll do:
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Support clients with audio technology products
Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to a positive, multicultural work environment
What you’ll need:
Native Dutch + English C1 proficiency
Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus
Eligibility to work in Spain (NIE/European passport, Spanish bank account, NAF)
️ Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Seville
What’s on offer:
Start Date: Training begins June 2, 2025 (contracted from day one)
Schedule: Mon–Sun, 10:00–18:00 (alternating weekends)
Paid training: 4 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00
€21,900 gross/year (12 installments, incl. language bonus)
️ Relocation package: up to €200 travel reimbursement (after 3 months)
Accommodation support: €300–€400/month (first 3 payrolls, with proof of housing)
