Field Service Technician (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct installation and retrofit assignments with subsequent commissioning at customer locations
Customize and further develop our plant software on-site and at the factory
Advise, instruct, and train customers on-site
Create computer-supported reports for assembly and service activities
Perform remote service activities for our customers
Your Qualifications:
Completed training as an automation specialist in machinery and plant engineering, electronics technician, automation technology, or equivalent
Ideally, experience in technical customer service
Willingness to travel internationally
Good English language skills
Valid driver’s licens
Strong service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact, and willingness to learn
IT affinity, knowledge of MS Office, PLC programming
Team player attitude
