About the RoleRestaurant & Production (Barcelona) Oversee all kitchen operations across the restaurant, catering, and productionManage team schedules, workflows, and quality standardsMaintain recipe costings, sheets, and seasonal menusSupervise inventory, procurement, and supplier coordinationLead prep and production of True Roots retail productsSupport events and team operations as neededMenu & Recipe DevelopmentCreate and document seasonal and client- based menusWrite recipes, costings, and prep guidesLead tastings, feedback loops, and versioningKeep R& D files organized and up to dateKitchen Systems & Process DesignAudit workflows, layout, and equipment needsDevelop SOPs to support scalable operationsMonitor food cost, waste, deliveries, and stockAlign kitchen systems with daily and long- term needsConsulting & EventsSet up kitchens, train teams, and support soft openingsProvide docs: testing plans, production flows, supplier listsLead or assist with off- site pop- ups and private diningCoordinate logistics and support post- event improvements
Minimum 4 years of experience in culinary operations, production kitchens, or food R& DStrong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teamsProven ability to structure, cost, and scale seasonal menus and recipesExcellent organizational and documentation skillsSolid understanding of inventory systems, supplier management, and kitchen workflowsComfortable working in a fast- paced, dynamic environmentPassion for wellness, sustainability, and conscious food systemsFluency in English; Spanish is a plusBased in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
