Location/Division Specific Information

Located in Spain, you will join a dynamic division known for its collaborative and innovative spirit, driving detailed sales strategies in a premier environment.

Drive success in inside sales by managing customer relations, fostering growth within the customer base, and optimizing profitability.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and mentor a successful sales team
  • Develop and successfully conduct sales initiatives
  • Analyze market trends to drive outstanding outcomes
  • Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Life sciences

Experience

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory industry.
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Proficient in English, in word and writing

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills, and capable of delivering excellent customer service
  • Consistent record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results
  • Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet expectations as needed
  • Willing to travel to customer locations, if needed
