Job responsibilities
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Track orders
- Generate and manage quotes for products and services.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Provide prices and delivery times to Customers/External sales.
- Ensure the logistics of parcels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system ( Sales force)
Job requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and basic English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Technical background is not necessary; training will be provided.
- Computer skills: Office pack, ERP/CRM is an advantage.
