We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent for our office in Mijas/Fuengirola, near Malaga.
This role is an in-person position for 6 months at our call center in Fuengirola.
What we offer:
- A full-time position, 8hrs a day / 5 days a week
- Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (This may change in the future)
- Full training to join your new role
What do Customer Service Agents do at Sector Alarm?
Your role will involve:
- Responding to requests from our Italian clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing initial technical support.
- Scheduling maintenance interventions for our clients.
- Offering billing solutions.
You will work closely with various departments at a fast pace, in a changing context.
Your overall mission is to listen to the needs of clients and offer them the best possible solution.
Who are you?
You...
- Speak Italian at a native level, both orally and in writing.
- Speak English or Spanish at a professional level.

- Have experience in a customer service-related field
- Have good communication and active listening skills.
- Are flexible, someone who enjoys challenges and working towards common goals.
- Are comfortable with computer tools and the phone as main working tools.
