We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Telco Industry to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain.

In this role, you will take ownership of sales activities for key Telco clients and work closely with leading technology vendors. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through solution-oriented selling and long-term relationship building. This is a role for a proactive and commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week in our Madrid office and 2 days working from home. The role also requires regular travel within Spain, several times per month.

What will you do?

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Telco clients, acting as their primary point of contact within Arrow,
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes – from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and closing,
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders across customers, vendors and internal teams,
  • Translate customer needs into actionable sales strategies, aligning with vendor offerings and Arrow’s value proposition,
  • Participate in strategic business reviews with clients and vendors, identifying areas for growth and process improvement,
  • Accurately manage pipeline and forecasts, ensuring visibility into all ongoing opportunities,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, logistics, product) to ensure successful deal execution and post-sales follow-up,
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Telco market trends, competitive landscape and vendor roadmaps.

Who are you?

  • You have experience in sales, preferably in the Telco, IT, or technology distribution sector,
  • You are skilled in managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships,
  • You understand solution-based selling and can connect technology to business outcomes,
  • You’re confident in client-facing roles,
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English – written and spoken,
  • You’re comfortable traveling across Spain several times a month to meet clients,
  • You are proactive, well-organized, and motivated by achieving targets and delivering results.
