Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We’re seeking a results-driven Listing Manager Equity Capital Markets to join our team in Mardrid. You will report to the Listing Director - Debt and Equity Listing.
You will be responsible for supporting and advising Spanish companies throughout the listing process on Euronext markets. This role involves engaging with potential issuers, managing relationships with clients and market stakeholders, conducting market analysis, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the equity and debt franchise in Spain.
Your key responsibilities:
- Advise and support companies considering an IPO, direct listing, or other capital markets transactions.
- Develop and manage relationships with issuers, advisors, and the broader financial ecosystem in Spain.
- Promote capital markets as a financing alternative for Spanish companies looking to grow and expand.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights to inform business strategy and product development.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different teams and countries to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in targeted initiatives and sector-focused campaigns to attract new listings.
- Contribute to the overall client strategy to maintain competitiveness and drive business growth.
- Represent the exchange at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Your profile:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in equity capital markets, investment banking, transaction advisory, M&A, private equity or venture capital.
- Solid understanding of Equity Capital Markets, financial products, regulatory environment, and EU securities legislation.
- Experience advising companies on IPOs, listings, or capital markets transactions.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish corporate sector and business environment is essential.
- Proactive, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business-level English and Spanish required.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with the technology industry and start-up ecosystem in Spain is a plus.
