What you will do:
- Provides support to Brand/marketing managers in the development and sales support of within local markets. Main lead for the product segment in market for marketing.
- Develops, drives, and supports central and local tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results
- Performs sales and marketing analysis, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations, and publicity.
- Gathers internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders
- Supports trade shows and commercial excellence activities for the sales teams.
- Provides sales training, develops roadmaps, and supports new product launches
- Develops the Annual Marketing plan for Iberia
- Supports new product launches by aligning all the internal departments to make it happen
What you need
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing or Scientific related field
- Min 1 years of work experience in Marketing or in the Medical Devices industry
- Fluent level of English and one between Italian and Spanish
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- 1 year of Marketing experience in the Medical devices industry
- Fluency in both Italian and Spanish
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
