About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Data Analyst who will take full ownership of marketing and go-to-market analytics. Your mission will be to cover all go-to-market processes with clear metrics, build a unified picture of marketing performance, and transform data into actionable insights. You’ll work directly with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams, ensuring that every initiative is measurable, optimized, and automated where possible.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, and process automation — with a strong ability to connect data to business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Measure and monitor all marketing and go-to-market activities, defining key metrics for awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Analyze marketing, sales and other data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Automate reporting and workflows using HubSpot and tools like Pipedream, Clay and etc..
- Optimize go-to-market processes based on data insights to improve efficiency, conversion, and ROI.
- Integrate and maintain data pipelines from multiple marketing and sales sources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership to track performance in real time.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in analytics (marketing, go-to-market, or sales data in B2B).
- Proven experience working with marketing analytics, go-to-market metrics, sales funnel analysis, marketing attribution models, churn prediction and etc..
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (analytics, workflows, API-level integrations).
- Skilled in data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Comfortable with automation and no-code/low-code tools (Pipedream, Clay, Zapier) would be huge plus.
- Active user of AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering for analytics and automation).
- Strong understanding of B2B processes — ideally with experience both in startups and big companies.
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
