Cooltra, European leader in sustainable mobility with presence in countries such as Spain, France, and Italy, among others, is looking for a young Partnership Manager who wants to join our commercial department in our headquarter in Barcelona.

What you will do:
- Develop an outbound partnership strategy to drive and close opportunities for new business and achieve the revenue and branding objectives of the area.
- Main products: Corporate Accounts, 3rd Party Integrations with other MaaS companies, Sponsorship and Branding deals with big companies and Cooltra for Employees.
- Collaborate with regional managers to formulate partnership strategy and identify how to deliver business priorities, as well as new business initiatives.
- Drive progress on partnership conversations ensuring a robust, proactive deal pipeline.
- Lead and support end-to-end deal and strategic partnership process. This includes developing the partner strategy, engaging external partners, developing a mutually beneficial commercial construct, contract negotiation and implementation.
- Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, Comms & Customer Service.
- Travel to attend trade shows or other client meetings when requested or vital.
- Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using CRM.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Partnerships and/or strategic business development
- Experience closing Partnerships with big consumer brands that include branding and revenue generation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in cultivating and growing strategic business partnerships.
- Excellent judgment, positive attitude, hustle, demonstrated history of success.
- Strong interpersonal skills which allow you to build trust and negotiate hard with partners, and adeptly manage the cross-functional coordination.
- Strong ability to collaborate with and present to senior and c-level executives with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
