About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a PBX (Telephone Operator) position to join our Rooms Department at Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Handles internal and external calls with professionalism and efficiency, following brand standards.
- Keeps phone lists and relevant information on hotel products, services, and events up to date.
- Ensures guest information confidentiality in management systems (PMS, Reservations, Guest Requests).
- Maintains clear communication with colleagues and other departments to optimize operations and guest satisfaction.
- Supports the Front Office team with tasks related to the guest experience.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualification & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the 5-star hospitality market preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera PMS desirable.
- High level of written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Professional, courteous, and guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude in providing exceptional service.
