We’re searching for a People Partner to help our Product, Design, and Analytics teams grow — not just in size, but in capability, culture, and connection.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Product, Design and Analytics teams, aligning People strategies with business objectives.
- Lead talent management, including performance management, development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage change.
- Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform People strategies and decisions.
- Offer coaching and mentorship to all levels of the organization, emphasizing leadership and management development.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥
You’ll need:
- Relevant experience in an HR Business Partner role, focusing on technology or product-led environments. Having impactful work results matters more than the number of years of experience.
- Strong track record of mentoring and coaching, with an emphasis on building relationships and developing talent.
- Innovative mindset with experience in implementing creative HR solutions and experiments.
- Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication and rapport with our diverse teams.
- Education in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus but not a requirement. We highly value recent and relevant international training programs or professional development experiences.
