A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will support the FIN GS EU&AF Management and the Cluster Rollout Manager in implementing a SAP S/4 HANA system (AGORA) related to Business Area Gas Service in the region. Your day could start with a comprehensive review of ongoing developments, setting strategic priorities, and aligning with cross-functional teams across various time zones. Structuring sophisticated topics into actionable steps will be one of your main tasks.
Throughout the day, you will engage with multiple countries, ensuring that all collaborators are aligned with the overarching goals of the business transformation. You will tackle complex challenges, decompose them into manageable components, and drive impactful change by removing barriers and promoting a culture of cross-country teamwork. Identifying potential risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them, might also be part of your day.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with Product Owner Spokespersons, Product Owners, and the Cluster Rollout Manager to facilitate the sign-off process through feedback from global teams and management.
- Implement AGORA in the Europe & Africa region, ensuring successful technical setup and support for local teams and end users.
- Lead the rollout in partnership with Siemens Energy IT and Infosys Rollout Manager, acting as an ambassador for the project within local organizations.
- Plan and manage local business rollout resources while maximizing stakeholder contributions.
- Drive progress of rollout activities, focusing on the AGORA local business team, and proactively resolve project issues and risks.
- Communicate project status and progress to the Cluster & IT Rollout Manager and maintain local communication channels for enhanced collaboration.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Finance or Management required
- Very good program management skills in complex environments
- Experience as a SAP business consultant or analyst or similar is required
- Experience in digital transformation projects focusing on Finance
- Proficiency in business process management and optimization, outstanding communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Dedicated personality with a strong motivation to inspire change and enhance business processes for future success

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
