What You’ll Do
Your Responsibilities:
- Improve SDR productivity through structured analysis and feedback
- Assess lead quality from marketing (volume vs. fit vs. conversion potential
- Standardize qualification criteria and objection handling
- Shorten ramp-up time and reduce performance variance across reps
- Improve the lead handling process in terms of channels, processes, and handoffs
- Increase L2D Conversion Rate by x%
- % of inbound leads reviewed weekly
- SDR productivity metrics: calls, connects, qualified opps/hour
- Lead quality score (fit + intent) and conversion rate by source
- Coaching coverage: % of reps coached/month
- Average ramp-up time for new SDRs
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience: 2+ years in Sales, SDR, Sales Ops, SDR Operations, or Client Acquisition; SaaS is a strong plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communicator who enjoys coaching and providing constructive feedback
- Team player who collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps & Enablement
