Descripción del empleo
Main functions:
- Daily control of arrivals and departures.
- Control/revision of documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Customs).
- Daily contact with customers to manage collections.
- Manage orders on the suppliers' website.
- Customer Service (high level and requirement).
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Studies: Logistics and transport, or related.
- A command of and previous experience in Customer Service.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Computer skills for the use of Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Level).
- Willingness to learn.
- Proactive person.
